You are responsible for the full client engagement, from onboarding through to presentation of results. You will conduct interviews with executive decision-makers, excavate for win/loss and churn insights, and work with the Lead Research Analyst to develop actionable insights for our clients. You’re comfortable working with senior leaders, you have interviewing and/or market research experience, and you have experience in B2B software.
You will work with the Client Research Director through the full client engagement. You will also work with the analyst team to conduct analysis and produce written reports for each customer interview. You’re inquisitive, persistent, and you thrive on problem-solving and piecing together the full picture.
You will work with the Lead Research Analyst to analyze interview transcripts and produce written reports for each customer interview. You’re an excellent writer, you enjoy understanding the customer story, and you like to work independently.

As the manager of the client relationship, you are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and other senior leaders.
